			Sheree A. McMullen, PTA, CMT, CPT Massage
			Sheree is the owner of SarcoMere and specializes in deep tissue massage, active isolated stretching, and personal training. She is also employed by the Philadelphia Flyers as a massage therapist. Sheree attended Alvernia College, became a physical therapist Assistant in 1996, attended the Pennsylvania School of Massage Therapy in 2001, and became a certified personal trainer in 2003.

			Becky Coots - Kimbly, PTA, CMT, CPT Massage
			Becky graduated from Alvernia College in 1997 with an Associates in Science in Physical Therapy, She has worked as a PTA since 1997 and in 2001 became a certified personal trainer. Graduating from Pennsylvania School of Massage Therapy in 2005 she became a nationally certified massage therapist. Becky continues her profession as a PTA and also performs DTM, personal training and group exercise instruction at SarcoMere.

			Mary Booth Yoga/Massage
			Mary has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a certified group fitness instructor. In 2004 she earned a yoga certification. Mary is a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance specializing in Vinyasa style yoga. She has studied with various yoga teachers. Additionally, Mary is a Tai-Yoga body worker. She received her training from Michael Buck, a renowned master in the field.

			Cheryl Valvano, LMT Massage
			Cheryl has been specializing in corrective muscle and soft tissue techniques for over 10 years. For 3 years, she was an instructor of Swedish Massage at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. She was also an instructor of Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy for 4 years. Cheryl has been a New York State licensed massage therapist since 1995. She received Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy certification and National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 1995. In 2007 she was certified by Elaine Stillerman for Maternity Massage.

			Jennifer Nimrava, RN, LMT, CVMLD Massage
			Jennifer received her massage therapy license in North Carolina in 1996 followed by a very intensive study of Dr. Vodder's method of manual Lymphatic drainage & Decongestive Therapy in 1999. Jennifer then became an RN in 2007. Her massage abilities modalities include MLD, Therapeutic, Sports, Pfrimmer Deep Tissue, Kiniesio Tapping, Neuro-muscular and muscle spindle balancing.

			Sherri Sturgis, CMT Massage
			Sherri graduated in 2004 from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy located in Oaks, PA. Sherri worked with a chiropractor at a wellness center in West Chester. Sherri is currently planning for the studies of nutrition in the coming year.

			Debbie Wells Massage
			Debbie attended the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA. Debbie is experienced in Swedish & Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone and Pregnancy Massage and an Aveda Essential Oil Therapist. Debbie has been Nationally Certified since December 2008.

			Heike Schmidt, RMT Reiki
			Heike was trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho style of Reiki at the Reiki School and Clinic, she has been practicing Reiki since 2005. Originally being a software engineer in Germany, she brought a new direction into her life after moving to the USA in 2004 by studying hypnosis and different kinds of energy work. Besides being a Reiki Master/Teacher, she has a certification in AngelKi and healing with Tibetan Sound Bowls.
